After owning and operating a small retail business, Heather has a wealth of knowledge for other small business owners regarding getting their books in order. Debralee brings years of math and problem-solving skills to the table. While we accept books in any state or format, we require QuickBooks Online, Wave, or Xero if you need monthly bookkeeping services. Service Industry Monthly Bookkeeping Services

Built for Service-based Businesses without Inventory or Sales Tax requirements. Perfect for Sole Proprietors who only have contractors. Includes comprehensive bookkeeping services, including categorization, reconciliation, financial reporting, and year-end tax preparation.
Audit of Your Current Books
$50/hour
Do you want to understand the current state of your books? We will audit your books and provide a detailed assessment with a recommended course of action. The estimated time is 1 to 3 hours of billable time. Normally completed within 5 business days.
Retail Edition Monthly Bookkeeping Services
$395/month
Built for Retail-based Businesses with Inventory and Sales Tax requirements. Ideal for business with W-2 Payroll. Includes comprehensive bookkeeping services, including categorization, reconciliation, sales tax calculations, financial reporting, and year-end tax preparation.
QuickBooks Desktop Migration Service
Flat Fee $250
Keep your historical business data when moving to the cloud. We will mirror your current books and provide you with one hour of software training to get you started. Normally completed within 7 to 10 business days.
Company Books Setup
Flat Fee $175
We will setup your books in your bookkeeping software of choice. We will create a custom Chart of Accounts based on your business needs, assist connecting bank accounts, and set you up for success. Normally completed within 5 business days.
Catch-up/Clean-up Service
Fee-Based
Billed at 50% of the comparable service plan x the # of months needed. One set of financial reports is provided at the end of the service. This service typically requires 2 virtual meetings with you (included in the fee). Normally completed within 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity.
